Liquid Dataport is the scalable connectivity platform of Cassava Technologies, within Liquid Intelligent Technologies. The business focuses on international wholesale connectivity, commercialising Liquid’s pan-African fibre network, complemented by Dataport’s subsea cable network and global satellite connectivity. Liquid Dataport is responsible for the international wholesale business of LIT, its satellite services and is taking the lead to implement Liquid’s service platform strategy
Meet The Team
Responsible for Liquid’s growing investment in links within and between Africa and other international markets like Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Dixit has over 30 years of experience in the fixed and mobile telecommunications industry across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa. His career started with British Telecom, from programming and business analysis to product management.
He moved to Equant/SITA to launch the global MPLS services. Dixit has previously worked at Nortel and O2. He consulted in Qatar on the GBI cable before joining Tata Communications, responsible for Subsea capacity product and pricing in Africa and Europe.
Meet our Head of Sales, Glenn Maule. Glenn joined Liquid Telecom in 2017, and in this time, he has managed Global Wholesale Sales Team and Sales Operations. Currently Glenn manages a team of Global Account Directors who engage with the Wholesale market to address both backbone/backhaul and B-End support in Africa.
Glenn is a 25-year veteran with operational and sales management experience gained through major African Service Providers. Liquid’s continued investment in infrastructure, both terrestrially and sub-sea, ensures that it is ideally positioned as the primary partner for Wholesale providers looking to provide services in Africa.
